You don=E2=80=99t need to input the individual subject=E2=80=99s cortical thi=
ckness values. When you run the command you will specify a measure =E2=80=93=
specify thickness =E2=80=93 Freesurfer will then gather the thickness inform=
ation for each subject entered into the FSGD file. You should be able to con=
struct on FSGD file in the same way that it is described on the wiki page.
