Running FS under virtual Sun Virtual Box.  Have own anatomy nii data in own file on C:\  Trying to copy into FS in order to convert to mgz . 

Am currently in virtual:/usr/local/freesurfer/subjects$ directory.  Would  someone please instruct me how to do this exactly since I have limited linux experience and am trying to learn both programs simultaneously.
