Dear Dr. Yendiki and TRACULA experts,<div><br></div><div>I was wondering what the unit of posterior distributions of reconstructed paths? By looking at the intensities, it ranges from 0 to ~150. I thought this is supposed to be a probability, but it&#39;s not? If it&#39;s in arbitrary unit, should I z-score them in order to show PD maps across subjects?</div>
