Dear Freesurfers,

I usually get very satisfying results but in my last analysis I noticed some errors in a few subjects' pial surface (see attached example image). I really don't get how it failed in that way.
What I know I can surely do is to manually modify the WM and run again the autorecon command.

Could someone kindly advice me on how to avoid/solve the problem in a less time-consuming way?
