No, that flag does not exist, but it is a good idea! You'll have to normalize them by hand.

Hello freesurfer experts, 

I am trying to normalize my continuous variables in my fsgd file. Is this the correct term to add to my fsgd file in order for mri_glmfit to normalize it?
