The "-make" functionality does not work in V7. We should have disabled that flag

When running recon-all -make all after correcting a few errors from the recon-all output, it exits with an error. This occurs when the mris_label2annot command is called.

If we rerun the -make all command a second time it then finishes without errors. Do you know why this is ?
