I am using glmfit to analyse changes in cortical thickness, but I couldn't find a description on how to perform FDR correction with FreeSurfer.

Is there a way to perform FDR correction of the statistical maps in Freeview, analogous to how it is described for tksurfer in this tutorial: MailScanner has detected a possible fraud attempt from "secure-web.cisco.com" claiming to be https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/FsTutorial/Visualization?
