I was trying to use the Qdec script that came with Freesurfer to perform intergroup analysis of morphological data such as cortical surface area, but I found that the Qdec tool has been removed in version 7.2.

Is there an alternative that can do the analysis as described above in version 7.2? Or should I download the previous version software?
