I am writing to request a license file for FreeSurfer. I attempted to register via the online form (https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/cgi-bin/fslic), but I am repeatedly receiving a "504 Gateway Timeout" error.

I am a researcher at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) and will be using FreeSurfer for non-profit research.
