We are looking to generate a stat file containing the number of voxels in a series of ROIs. We have a collection of about 300 different user-defined cortical ROI nifti volumes (not from aseg) and need to retrieve the number of voxels in each ROI for further analysis, but so far haven't been able to come up with an algorithm to do so. Any help is much appreciated!
