Hi Cesar, you can run

mris_convert lh.white lh.white.asc

to convert to ascii. Each vertex is in MNI305 space. Is that good enough? There is a matlab script by Matthew Brett that attempts to convert to Tal coords. You could easily convert to MNI152 as well.
