Hello Shize,

Did you see the Finder bring up a window with a notification that Freeview quit unexpectedly, with some choices to
click on for “ignore”, “report”, or “reopen” Freeview?    If so, it could help if you select report, cut and paste (or take a screenshot)
of the first page of the crash report and send it along.
