Thanks Doug, as there is dent (where i placed my marks) in my image when compared to the image in documentation page so i thought there is something wrong with that. Thanks for the clarification so it is only the pial and WM surfaces i have to look for.

What is the problem? Just looking at those inflated surface, they look
ok to me. Remember, the inflated surfaces are just for display. The only
thing that matters is that the white and pial surfaces are accurate.
