Hi Bruce,
I was using the original T1's in the mri_convert - perhaps I should be using the ac-pc aligned or talairach T1's? I do have a talairach.HEAD file and both acpc.BRIK and acpc.HEAD files. Should I use these instead of the originals?
Sorry for any confusion,
Jesse
Hi Bruce,
No. How do I check the .xfm?
Thanks,

Any suggestions?
Thanks so much,
