Hi all,

I have been trying to create a flat patch of occipital cortex using the following tutorial (https://freesurfer.net/fswiki/FreeSurferOccipitalFlattenedPatch). I have tried following the instructions in Freeview and am able to create a cut down the calcarine sulcus, but cannot find the “cut plane” button described. I was wondering whether this is implemented in Freeview, or whether this tool is only available in tksurfer?

 

Freesurfer Version: 7.1.1

OS: Mac OS, Monterey 12.2.1
