I am applying for a license.txt for the use of Freesurfer on our new institutional HPC facility and the license request page submits (the Cloudflare captcha loads correctly) but responds with a HTTP:504 Gateway timeout. 

No content is displayed on https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/cgi-bin/fslic.new

Is anyone from the Freesurfer team able to resolve this with their local IT colleagues?
