Hi Freesurfer team,

I'm trying to run a longitudinal group analysis (2 groups, 2 time points) using the paired analysis procedure: https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/PairedAnalysis.

I have followed all the instructions but when it comes to the mri_glmfit, it says that my contrast files has 2 columns, while the matrix has 44. What did I go wrong?
