I have the same problem.

I observed that this error appears when you select a factor with 3 or more levels. Factors of 2 levels works fine.

Factor 1 (diagnosis) has 3 levels (BPD, CCP, NPC). I created using the vi editor, one line for each level. Same as factor 2.
