HI, I am doing cortical thickness analysis and I am on my 18th round of edits for this particular subject. In 2 places It seems to be including a large chunk of gray matter as white and when viewing the auxiliary volume, there is no white matter there (please see attached images). This continues for several slices.  Is there any way to fix this? Thanks.<br clear="all">
