I’m new to FreeSurfer and currently working on a group-by-time analysis. I have two groups (language and control) and two time points (pre and post). I’m planning to run a repeated measures ANOVA using the approach described here: MailScanner has detected a possible fraud attempt from "secure-web.cisco.com" claiming to be https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/RepeatedMeasuresAnova.

I’ve attached my initial attempt at an FSDG file. I would greatly appreciate any guidance on how to correctly model this, particularly when it comes to setting up the contrast files.
