Hi Yasemin - It looks like the unix shell doesn't like that there are spaces after the "\" in a few lines:

1723_base \

1741_base \

1725-2/eddy_with_repol.nii.gz \

Hi,

I am trying to run trac-all using a configuration file for 30 subjects with longitudinal data, and keep getting the following errors:
Too many ('s.
ERROR: must specify as many DWI dicoms as subjects

I looked through my file line by line and looked at similar posts on the archives but could not find a solution. I'm attaching the configuration file here. There's no trac-all.log file since this is happening at the very beginning. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
