Before running group analysis in qdec is necessary run the qcache command over all subjects but, does this command change some segmentation file (eg. rh/lh Pial or white surface) or other importants file? 

We would also like to perform external analysis using the output metrics obtained with the recon-all.  This is why we want to know if we can safely use this command without affecting any segmentation measure.
