I'm looking for the xyz coordinate table for the vertices of the FsAverage4 atlas. I have fMRI data that has been sampled to the FsAverage4 space and it would be helpful if I could understand where a given vertex is located in the brain in terms of coordinates. Does anyone on the list know where I could find this information? I imagine it may be in the subjects directory that comes with the FreeSurfer software, but I haven't been able to locate it.
