Hello FreeSurfer Developers,

I would like to assess whether my regression model meets the GLM assumptions, especially if there is no multicollinearity.

Is it possible to perform this diagnosis in freesurfer?

If not, is there a way to extract the model residues to test in another program?

Or, is there any way to perform a regression with correlated variables in freesurfer?
