Dear Freesurfers,<br><br>I know that differences in FS versions and operating systems can lead to different results.<br><br>Thus my question:<br>Would it be possible/advisable to run different steps of the RecommendedRecontruction on different operating systems?<br>
I would like to do talairach and control points for all my healthy subjects on a Linux based computer (Suse) and then switch to a Mac (OS X Mountain Lion) for further steps and use 5.1 on both machines.<br><br>Thank you very much for your time.<br>
