I am having an issue with my matrix using QDEC (ERROR: matrix is ill-conditioned or badly scaled, condno = 10880.8), I have 2 discrete variables (Sex, Cognition) and I want to regress against 2 continuous variable (Age, Education). My outcome: is there a relation between cortical thickness and Cognition (yes/no), accounting for Sex, Age and Education.
