Hi there,

I just had a question about the Talairach matrix calculated during the recon-all processing. Is that matrix calculated with an affine transformation? And how many DOF is default? I couldn't find information on it in talairach_avi or the other pages on the Talairach function. Also just to clarify, the talairach function doesn't convert to Talairach coordinates or some average of MNI and Talairach, but rather MNI specifically, is that correct?
