Hello Doug,<br><br>I am doing a retinotopy analysis and when I perform the sliceview-sess command, I get activation in the areas of interest.<br>I used the tkmedit-sess command <br><b>tkmedit-sess -analysis rtopy -contrast eccen -map h -sf sessid -df sessdir -volid 
orig.mgz</b><br>however there is no activation. <br>I have attached the image above.<br>Thank You<br><br><br><br>
