I have used Freesurfer 5.1 for group statics. The same subjects have processed using Freesurfer 4.30 and Freesurfer 5.1. I get similar results for the group difference, but when I compare with IQ for one subpopulation, I get different results without fdr. However, when I apply FDR I get none significant results. If there had been significant results using Fdr, would it have been results that are more similar? I can send the result as tiff file.
