Hello,

 

1)  We have done the manual segmentation of one subcortical structure and we have observed that when we erase some area, it appears "none" in the "sgmtn label" from tkmedit window. Is there any problem whit this?

                                     

2) When we install the new version of freesurfer (4.2), is it necessary to put the fixes that appears on the freesurfer web?
