Hello FreeSurfer Developers,

I'm attempting to compute the FreeSurfer outputs for one of my subjects. I get the following error when I run the recon-all command:

ERROR: talairach_afd: Talairach Transform: transforms/talairach.xfm ***FAILED*** (p=0.0077, pval=0.0000 < threshold=0.0050)

I've searched the list and one similar error has been reported in fMRIPrep. However, I am not sure how to implement this on the platform. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to troubleshoot this one? Also, I've attached the recon-all.log in case it's of any use. 

1) FreeSurfer version: v7.2.0

2) Platform: CBRAIN
