Hi Freesurfer Experts,
is it possible to run a 2x2 repeated measures ANOVA for functional data on the surface in Freesurfer (both factors have two levels and are fully within subjects)?
If not, is there a way to use mri_glmfit-sim on results calculated in Matlab to correct for multiple comparisons?
