No, the aseg.stats should be fine. I don't know how they are going to release the new set of files.

Thanks for the answer Doug,

can still trust the aseg.stat values or I better wait? Will you release some
diff version of the files or we will have to start downloading 150GB from the
beginning?

#3 is an error in the osasis data set. It has been taken down until we
resolve it.

Hi.

I have few questions regarding the recently published OASIS data analyzed
using Freesurfer:

1. How did you produce $SUBJECT_ID/mri/wmparc.mgz. I am running recon-all
-all on my subjects, but I don't get this file.
2. How did you produce segmentation of the corpus callosum. I am running
recon-all -all on my subjects, but I don't get this file.
3. Why do the structure volumes differ between
$SUBJECT_ID/stats/wmparc.stat and $SUBJECT_ID/stats/aseg.stat

Thanks,

Martin
