External Email - Use Caution        

Hi,

 

I have been using DenoiseImage from ANTs during pre-processing (DenoiseImage -i T1.nii -o denoised.nii.gz -v), however for some scans I am having an issue where this step is changing the scan orientation.

The scans appear shifted so they now no longer match the orientation of my T2 scans. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to prevent it?
