Hi, experts. I have recently used mri_convert to convert some dicom 
files into both .nii and .img. But when observing in BrainSuite, I found the image 
orientation of the .nii and .img was not consistent. Any idea about the 
problem and how to make them same? Thanks a lot.<br><br>Jie<br>
