Nick,
I copy this file but there is the same problem. So I try to find the mistake.
In the file asegstats2table in $FREESURFER_HOME/bin, I do this modify:
in def write_table(options, rows, cols, table) (line 305)
I replace
r1c1 = 'Measure:%s' %( options.meas)
with this line
r1c1 = 'fsid '
and now the problem has solved and I can import aseg.volume in qdec.
Now I want to ask if I can do this or there will be implicated errors.
Thanks,
Anita di Iasio
Anita,
A required update to the aseg/aparcstats2table utilities was not
included in v4.3.0. You can get it here:
http://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/pub/dist/freesurfer/fixes/stats2table.tar.gz
copy this file to your $FREESURFER_HOME/bin, and then type:
gunzip stats2table.tar.gz
