Dear list,

 

I would like to find a reasonably good mapping from Desiken-Killiani ROIs and as many of the resting state networks as makes sense, e.g. salience, visual, etc.

I have made a start using the network ßà ROI mapping in the Conn Toolbox but I think there is likely a better starting place.

Any direction would be most welcome.
