Does AFNI have an automated coregistration tool?  I thought you could only do
manual coreg in AFNI.  The problem I have with coregistering in SPM is that I
have a 4D BRIK of 298 functionals.  Coregistration in SPM reslices all of
these functionals into anatomical space, making them enormous files.  It seems
that AFNI won't let me convert these huge files back into a 4D BRIK.

Regardless, AFNI also has a program to covert AFNI format to ANALYZE format
data.

Be aware however that AFNI supports all 48 possible data orders, while
ANALYZE does not... so keep good track of the right-left aspect of your data.
