I am interested in downloading the FreeSurfer v5.3.0. I will be running it on a virtual machine platform in Windows (xubuntu). Are there any specific instructions for this on the FreeSurfer website because I noticed it runs on CentOS 6 x86_64 (64b). Or does the download come with the virtual machine?
