Hi,

You can follow the tutorial on our wiki that describes doing a group analysis:

https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/FsTutorial/GroupAnalysis

This will compare thickness measures at each voxel across the whole hemisphere.  You could perhaps use some of the labels from the parcellation to look at mean thickness in specific occipital lobe regions.

If you are looking to do something else you’ll need to be more specific as to what you want to do.

hi,

I want to compare the occipital lobe's cortical thickness in 2 groups, but I do't know how to do it? Athough I have seen some paper using FreeSurfer software to compare the thickness, it has no detail procedure.
