You can follow the tutorial on our wiki
that describes doing a group analysis:

This will compare thickness measures at
each voxel across the whole hemisphere. You could perhaps use some of the
labels from the parcellation to look at mean thickness in specific occipital
lobe regions.
If you are looking to do something else
you’ll need to be more specific as to what you want to do.

hi,
I
want to compare the occipital lobe's cortical thickness in 2 groups,but I do't
know how to do it? Athough I have seen some paper using FreeSurfer software to
compare the thickness, it has no detail procedure.
