Good morning,
I need your advice for a segmentation problem that I can't solve:
I have noticed that FS does not recognize extracortical lesions (between gray and white) and tends to exclude them. I tried to include them with control points and adding voxel of white substance, following the tutorial, but the problem is not solved.
Could you advise me?
