I am setting up the configuration file to run Tracula preproc. I have some doubts on some variables...

pedir: on my DTI protocol I have "PhaseEncodingDirection": "j-",so I assume it is AP
epifactor : I took it from "EchoTrainLength": 48
echospacing: shall I take it from "DwellTime": 2.5e-06? Should that be indicated in seconds or milliseconds?
