To map the confidence maps from fsaverage to MNI space, you can use the following tool we developed: https://github.com/ThomasYeoLab/CBIG/tree/master/stable_projects/registration/Wu2017_RegistrationFusion

This is essentially the same approach we used to map the Yeo parcellation from fsaverage to MNI space.
