That was my problem Doug, thanks! I used
' sudo ln -s /Applications/MATLAB_R2011b.app/bin/matlab /usr/local/bin '
and it fixed it.

It is not creating a .mat file in the analysis directory. Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
