Hello FreeSurfers,

I am starting some longitudinal subjects as a test run and I have a tp1, 2 and 3. On the longitudinal wiki page it explains the command for the first and second timepoint. Is it possible to do longitudinal processing and analysis with up to three longitudinal timepoints?

Can I command:
recon-all -long -tp1 timepoint1 -subjid timepoint2 timepoint3 -all

Or would I have to process serially:
recon-all -long -tp1 timepoint1 -subjid timepoint2 -all
recon-all -long -tp1 timepoint1 -subjid timepoint3 -all
recon-all -long -tp2 timepoint2 -subjid timepoint3 -all

Sorry for the assumptions, but I thought it the fastest way to detail my question.

Thanks,
Sky
