Hi Experts, <div>I am extremely new to Freesurfer and I have a basic question that I didn&#39;t see answered in the archives (but it is very likely I missed it!). I downloaded the sample data (buckner_data) and ran the orig.mgz files through all of the steps so that I could compare my &#39;stats&#39; values with those given in the sample data . The values I get for the segmentation volumes are different from those in the sample data files- why is this? They are not wildly different, just off a bit for each case.</div>
