This happens in one case or in all 292? You should follow the processing stream backwards to see where things first went wrong. It could be the skull stripping, but it might also be one of the inputs to it is already incorrect like the
T1.mgz or transforms/talairach_with_skull.lta

I was trying to extract the hippocampus parts of a T1 MRI dataset with 292 samples as it is mentioned in the documentation ("MailScanner
has detected a possible fraud attempt from "secure-web.cisco.com" claiming to be https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/HippocampalSubfieldsAndNucleiOfAmygdala"). when I was trying to use the recon-all command, after almost 1 hour of processing
I encountered this error:
