Dear FS experts,

My question is very basic and I appreciate your help.

I ran recon-all on a low quality T1 image. I'd like to fix the segmentation error (attached).

Wm.mgz seems to be fine and the wm intensity is ~110. Can this error be fixed by setting control points in the region then re run the command :

recon-all -s <subject> -autorecon2-cp -autorecon3
