I looked at the examples of the FSGD files, but I believe that my data doesn't fit. I've three groups/three factors at three levels (LR=1, HR=2, MDD=3) and 6 covariates (gender, age and global brain measure).I don't know if I was clear in my explanation.

Hi Freesufer's,I need to run a group analysis but I don't know how to do it, the error always appears (print below).
