External Email - Use Caution        

Freesurfer experts, 


I have an older PET scanner that has a nonhomogenous FWHM, varying in the z-dimension (it's 5.1 x 5.1 x 5.6 ) 

How should I input this FWHM into mri_gtmpvc to get accurate PVC results ?
